Campaign Terms

These terms describe how the Print with Purpose donation program works. The program is operated by Graphics Decal HQ ("GDHQ") of Winnipeg, Manitoba, in support of The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba (the "Foundation").

The donation commitment

GDHQ will donate a guaranteed minimum of $3,000 to the Foundation. Every eligible order placed at gdhq.ca during the campaign window - Jun 15, 2026 to Aug 15, 2026- increases the final donation above that minimum. The donation is funded entirely from GDHQ's own profits. After the campaign closes, GDHQ will transfer the donation to the Foundation and publish the final amount on this site.

What it costs you

Nothing. Product prices during the campaign are the same as they would be without it. No donation amount is added to any invoice, and no portion of your payment is itself a donation - the giving happens on GDHQ's side of the books. If you'd like to give more, you can donate to the Foundation directly through the goodbear.ca; we will never solicit a donation from you.

Tax receipts

Because the donation is GDHQ's own, customers do not receive donation tax receipts for their purchases, and GDHQ does not represent any portion of a customer's purchase as a charitable gift made by the customer.

Eligible orders

Any order placed at gdhq.ca during the campaign window counts toward the donation, including custom work quoted through this site. Orders themselves are governed by gdhq.ca's terms & conditions and refund policy. A refunded order does not count toward the donation, but the $3,000 minimum stands regardless.

Trademarks

The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba name, logo, Dr. Goodbear mascot, and the "In Support of" lockup are the property of the Foundation and are used with its permission. GDHQ names and logos are the property of Graphics Decal HQ.
